Job Description

 1. To assist and report Project Manager / Management in day-to-day project planning & implementation and technical aspect. 

2. Preparing of monthly Progress Reports, liaise and attend site meeting with consultant team and subcontractors. 

3. To instruct, team lead, supervise and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule. 

4. To study drawings, specification compliance with design requirements and site conditions to understand project requirement.

5. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.

6. Liaise with consultant , sub-contractors, suppliers on all site technical matters, e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments etc. 

 

Job Requirement
  1.  Candidate must possess at least a degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) Others or equivalent. 
  2.  Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field. NOTE : Unexperienced candidates please do not apply. 
  3. Familiar with all survey instrument and equipments.
  4. Possess advanced computer literacy, particularly in industry-related software such as MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD.
  5. To work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties, pleasant, independent personality, fit and possess good health for work.
  6. Having good self-discipline, able to work under pressure, fit and possess good health for work.
  7. Willing to work in various construction site across Selangor / Negeri Sembilan / Melaka.
 

Project Manager

Job Description

  1. Lead and supervise a team of consultants responsible for creating submission drawings, tender drawings, and construction drawings. Ensure precision and compliance with specified standards and regulations through meticulous cross-checks of the drawings.
  2. Oversee the process of obtaining approvals for submission plans by actively engaging with relevant authorities. Effectively navigates the approval process to ensure smooth progression.
  3. Manage the development process with diligence, overseeing contractor’s and sub-contractor’s works. Ensure strict adherence to the implementation schedule, quality standards, and budget parameters established by management. This involves maintaining a proactive approach to successfully meet project goals leading towards completion of projects and smooth handover of the properties.
  4. Cultivate transparent and effective communication while proactively identifying potential risks. Develop robust strategies to mitigate these risks and implement measures to minimize uncertainties associated with the project. These collective efforts will significantly contribute to the overall success of the project. 
Job Requirement
  1. Possesses a thorough understanding of the property development market, including historical trends, and is well-acquainted with local business intricacies and government regulations. 
  2. Demonstrates proficiency in both the development and implementation of project plans, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of operations and processes within the property development industry. 
  3. Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or any related discipline, underscoring strong academic credentials. 
  4. Minimum 10 years working experience in the related field. NOTE : Unexperienced candidates please do not apply.
  5. Exhibits the ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility in effectively managing tasks and projects.
  6. Possess advanced computer literacy, particularly in industry-related software such as MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD, contributing to increased efficiency in project management tasks.
  7. Good rapport with local authorities and government agencies. 
  8. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  9.  Willing to work in various construction site across Selangor / Negeri Sembilan / Melaka.
